A Service was held on September 11th 2009 at Bunurong Memorial Park for Beryl Nerine Tilyard who passed away in Frankston Hospital on September 6th after a short illness. Beryl was the wife of Vic and mother of Peter, Doug and Paul. She is most affectionately remembered. Vic is the son of Annie Hills and Arthur Tilyard. Beryl and Vic lived with Peter's family in Mt Eliza. Vic turns 96 next month.

Doreen Lillian Cresswell - DOB 02.08.1910 passed away 23-05-09. Doreen (Dawn) was the oldest member of the Tilyard Family - some would remember her from the reunion in Hobart. Dear sweet lady.

Congratulations on the web site, excellent. My grand father was Arthur Hutton, his elder brother was William who married Harriet Anne Tilyard in 1907. They had three children, Lillian (perhaps named after one of Williams sisters) Una and Dudley. Dudley's middle name is Parry which is the maiden name of William's mother, Annie Parry (1843-1923). I have a number of photographs which I am told are of William and Harriet, however I need these to be verified. William & Harriet's children were born around the same time as my Uncle Jack (1913) and would be their cousin. Their children which you have listed "private" in you Family Tree would, I suspect be still alive (about my mothers age) and may be able to assist with verification of my photos. Could you please assist in contacting them for me. I could email the photos to you.
